Rants Here lay the thoughts and rants with no place else to live but in my mind. Some are politically incorrect some are just strange. They have been put together for years and continue to grow in number, as I find them or think of them I'll put them up. Some original text from my web site has ended up here as I was talked out of putting into the original pages in order to make the page politically correct. I hope you find this stuff odd if nothing else. Some of this material is old however I stand by it as my material and as so an important part of who I am. I think of myself as an honest, open person and regret nothing (well one thing - sort of). FLORA.

Be warned I describe myself as a Darwinian. I am not atheist as I have no time for any thought of higher powers and subscribe only to the scientific theory of Evolution. As such my thoughts and beliefs may offend some, I can make no apology for this as I find all your religions offensive on a regular basis (in politics, education, war) and I am given very little regard by society. This is my place and I'll have my say. Anyone interested in Darwinism is welcome to contact me as I wish to register it as an official system of belief and so need "believers" ( I know you are out there). I have trouble with education and other things when I bring up the fact that all beliefs should be represented in Schools if any are. This is a problem as I don't have a registered belief system I am not able to put my argument into practice by teaching it at schools. I just want my chance to let you Catholics, Jews, Hindus, Muslims, etc, know that I am offended by your beliefs in my sons education and find out just how much you would be offended by me teaching that "death is the end but that's okay", "this is not the final shape of man" and "GOD MY ASS". The horror expressed at me recently it a sign you wouldn't be happy; I told someone that I had the right to teach my son nothing about religion if that was my choice (it's not better he known about you and the ways you work), she was horrified as though not having some religion was like having you throat cut (just so you know it isn't). I have no problem with you having religion but keep your beliefs out of my life.
Oh by the way I heard another spin on the "Muslims Stealing Babies From Supermarkets Story", this version had black South Africans doing it. At least the Gypsies are getting a break, good thing there is still horse theft for them to do. (IDIOTS WHO SPREAD THESE STORIES AS FACT NEED TO BE SHOT).

Finally we have signed international agreements we need to sign and it looks like the people will be given a chance to speak. I hope this fucks over the Bush Administration the democrats didn't. Buchanan Park Farce (letter to the editor) We knew it was coming. For six months the bet has been on the Rodeo Manager would be in charge of Buchanan Park (Will she hold both positions or just retain her interest in Rodeo). Now is has been made public by the newspaper. Buchanan Park was never being built as a multi-use park, the plan was always to build a rodeo park. With this announcement, how much more proof did we need. The Mount Isa Show Society has been told for 3 years they were not going to be part of the opening, were not going to be using the park until after rodeo had, were not getting animal or horticulture pavilions and were not getting stables built for horse events - other than racing who are apparently getting new stables built, handy having representatives on the Committee isn't it. At lease one club I know of in Mount Isa made noises about using the park and were told NO. To my unfortunately and admittedly limited knowledge other clubs and organisations have had interest in Buchanan Park but when it boils down to it the only event taken into account was Rodeo. The Mining Expo will move to Buchanan Park, which given it is only a trade expo doesn't matter much, it however only requires the Million Dollar Pavilion (which has "Rodeo Walk" along it's frontage). Mardi Gras will also be moving to Buchanan Park. Businesses in town already knew that rodeo was out to look after itself first and foremost when it moved out of West St and took business from local shop owners. The Present rout allows Rodeo to charge site fees to site holders and so more money for them nothing for Mount Isa , Buchanan park will only make things worse. Anyway, I will not be running an Animal Pavilion at Buchanan Park or at a Mount Isa Show ever again as thing presently stand. I hope this makes the Buchanan Park Committee very happy that they may soon not have a show and Rodeo will be Mount Isa 's - Sorry Rotary's, it's not for Isa - only large event. Peter Florance
Original Site Text The show is desperate for support from the
community and business. The show needs new members and sponsors to
continue to function. This site is supported by the entertainisa.com
business who is also a sponsor of the show. Not being a major player in
the business dealings of the Isa we still managed to sponsor the show to
around $600 in 2005 and will carry this commitment into 2006 (this makes
us a mid range sponsor at present sponsorship rates). The shows largest
sponsor was Cloncurry Couriers who out did the mining giant MIM/Estrata
in sponsorship. Shame on both MIM/Estrata (who this year reduced there
sponsorship and support from sod all to bugger all) and the Mount Isa
Council (who's Idea of sponsorship was a bill and a demand for there 3
free sites while being platinum sponsors of the Rodeo). Recognition
needs to go to many people for helping the show come to life,
unfortunately I am unable to do so at this time, don't think your
generosity is ever forgotten by the show committee. If you don't get as
much recognition out of the show as you think you should it is normally
because a very small number of "volunteers" don't have the
time or resources. There are no full time or paid employees of the show
committee although the treasurer and secretary work up to 5 days a week
all year round. Those of you who deserve recognition know who you are
and you should speak of it with pride I know we at entertainisa.com do. (comments written here are personal,

Isa Show committee. If you are in a position to take offence please be
informed that I may be aiming to shame you into thinking about your
level of support. To fix this and stop me getting more aggressive,

society and only Steward before I give up the good fight.) Rants In Time Homeless Kids are perfect consumers OR - Free soup kitchens are the enemy of the state Homeless
kids are indeed the perfect consumers and not only the kids but also every
wino and homeless adult. The perfect consumer is the primarily the kids as
they have never had a home of their own and never cooked real meals, they live
the perfect consumer lifestyle, buying prefabricated meals whenever they are
able. They generally don’t work for anyone and at times generate income
through theft of consumer products. The fact they don’t work means the
corporate world is not paying wages, insurance, taxes or superannuation to
support them. The theft of consumer products drives a need by those with
corporate incomes with to purchase new consumer products. Adult
homeless people are not as reliable as consumers, they are likely to have
cooked in a kitchen and not be as willing to steel. However they still lean
towards the manufactured consumer good, as it requires very little
preparation. It
is due to this that the soup kitchen is the enemy of the state. The soup
kitchen purchases fresh produce, normally grown on a farm and sold to them
through a minimal of middlemen and manufacturing processes. Who do these
people think they are? The only saving grace is that most of the small farms
in the world are coming under the control of large corporate landowners,
ensuring the corporate giants continue to hold financial control of society. In finishing I would like to beg you all to throw your kids out on the street at the age of 12 or 13 and turn of your security systems. You will be doing the corporate world no end of good and without corporations where would we be.
OR - You are a key element to success You
are an employee of a larger entity. This is how your life is unless you are a
top-level executive or major shareholder in corporate property. You live your
life working 20 - 40 hours a week making on average 20 - 50 thousand a year at
the lowest levels and 50 - 70 thousand at the next level. You however are a
key ingredient in the success of your society. Your society needs you to make
your pittance quietly in order that the top 10% will make millions each year
and the top 1% will make billions. Some of the billionaires in the world are
worth more than some of the small nations of the world are worth. So
it’s thanks to you that the society we live in has been able to manage to
make the mega rich mega rich. Working quietly away are you jobs, having your
rights as employees eroded, accepting the stories you are told about the evil
unions until there are no longer union to protect your interests. When the
government introduce workplace contracts you say okay as though you can truly
negotiate with people who don’t even understand your plight. Let
me put your situation in terms your may understand better.

the difference between $ 40,000 and $1,000,000,000 is $
999,960,000 or 25,000 times your average $40,000 income (for every $billion 25,000 people could hold
down an average income job for a single year or you could
hold yours for 25,000 years). Take this figure and apply it to the 3rd world where $5,000 dollars a year is a fortune and
200,000 people could live like
kings for a year. They
don’t understand because if they need a computer or a car they take it out
of this week’s pay (normally paid in salary terms so they get it regardless
of whether they work or not, unlike you $200 - $600 a week casual workers).
This isn’t really a good example, as; if they really wanted a car or
computer the corporation would be paying most of the time. A better example is
when a millionaire wishes to have a one hundred thousand dollar face-lift, for
a millionaire this is costly, for you it’s not ever going to be possible. To
finish, THANK YOU. Without your suffering those few who run the world
and dictate the rules of your society wouldn’t be able to do it in the grand
style they do. Again on behalf of society THANK YOU.

in the beginning there was nothing but the fart (gasses and rotting
matter) of the last great earthworm as it died. It was by the fading
light of the last star, the matter of the earthworm, that there was the
spark, which caused the gas to ignite. And
it was that the matter of life was formed in the ignition of the gaseous
cloud. The furnace caused the gases to combine as matter. The matter in
turn combined with the remaining DNA of the final earthworm to form new
earthworms to continue the universes great plight. So
it was at the beginning and so it always was. From the earthworm formed
the matter of the stars and the planets. Life arose from this matter rich
once again in all that the worms excreted. The
time will come when the earthworms will have lived their time, using their
lives to sustain and create other life. Again the earthworms who art FUBAR will leave only the gaseous remains of the greatness they created
and continue to create. So
the cycle will be repeated through time. There is no death to energy or
matter only the change of form. Lesson: The
teachings of FUBAR show us nothing important ( if you seek a dictatorial
religion go and try some other belief system ). To
follow the path of FUBAR as a FUBARIAN, enjoy
yourself your own way and let others enjoy themselves in there own ways. Don’t hurt or inhibit anyone without consent or great need. (this is one answer to combating other belief systems; create your own. Why not what do you think Scientology is?)
